A job that matters: Your Tasks 

• Participates in the process of maintaining and improving the quality management system. Part of the team for development of new procedures and processes and control of their implementation.
• Participates in conducting internal audits and assists in the preparation of external audits. Following the program created by the Quality Manager, the possibility of conducting an independent audit of the activities of departments in the company.
• Participates in the processing of complaints received from customers. Creation of non-conformity reports, recording the cases in the Register of non-conformities and communication with the customer until the case is clarified.
• Monitors the correct completion of the various forms related to outgoing control, carried out during and after the production of the products. Works on creating new outgoing control forms and improving existing ones.
• When installing special projects in production conditions, documents the process and participates in the improvement team.
• Excellent knowledge of Change notices procedure. Control of the used drawings - whether they are the last versions. Periodic comparison of used drawings with the official database.
• Knowledge of production documentation flow, periodic review of process compliance. 
• Participation in analysis of annual customer satisfaction surveys. Generating ideas for possible improvements based on customer feedback.
• Part of the team analyzing the feedback from the installation teams. Generating suggestions for improvement based on this information.
