The focus will be on business interpretation, decision support, and stakeholder alignment. Ownership of planning systems, reporting structures, KPI calculations, dashboards, templates, and data governance remains within the S&OP Specialist and BI teams.

  • Challenge assumptions, forecast changes, and planning inputs through fact-based analysis.
  • Facilitate alignment between markets, manufacturing sites, and functional stakeholders.
  • Track agreed actions and ensure decisions are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Escalate emerging demand, supply, inventory, or execution risks requiring management attention.
