A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Develop standardized processes & procedures of warehouse and crossfunctional business process in detail.
- Has expert knowledge in advance warehouse management process & industry best practices.
- Analyze assigned process and identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, quality and global harmonization/standardization aspects.
- Cooperate with process stakeholders, esp. functional teams on current processes, process improvements or new processes to be developed.
- Act as first contact for change requirements from business perspective.
- Work closely with internal IT, System integrator(SI) functional expert and ensure achievement of standardization and harmonization targets.
- Identify pain points and improvement opportunities in assigned processes, prioritize demand with given budget.
- Owns maintenance of pragmatic process map & documentation.
- Provide process leadership, organizes training, and ensure knowledge transfer to process owners, managers, key users & end users.
- Executes testing (of updates/ improvements) in coordination with responsible key users, and monitor maturity level of processes.
- Ensure compliance with architecture guardrails jointly with the Global IT functional expert.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- 5+ years in SAP WM /EWM with multiple implementations experience
- Deep understanding of process & systems transformation knowledge.
- Strong analytical & hands on in SAP ECC, S/4 HANA
- Project management would be a plus
- Good understanding of extended IT platforms
- Willing to travel (30%) estimate
