Sales Representative

We are looking for a Sales Represenative for dormakaba Bulgaria. The Sales Represenative will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients. The person on the role must meet sales goals (monthly, quarterly or annual) through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business
- Create new and follow up with existing relationships with companies by visiting them in person, maintaining phone contact
- Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and objection handling
- Use consultative selling methods and skills to understand customers’ needs and meet them by submitting relevant offers
- Manage and develop assigned request for orders in accordance with the dormakaba pricing standards
- Follow the regional and country sales strategies as well as apply innovative methods to meet individual and/or collective sales targets and ensure balanced product portfolio
- Coordinate with other sales and supporting functions to ensure high quality service to customers, consistent offer and its execution according to standards
- Regular reporting activity to direct managers (through CRM or other tools) on customer visits and their follow-up, sales pipelines, status of sales deals, goals, obstacles, etc.

- Proven track record in delivering sales results in competitive environment
- Experience in product / project selling in building industry would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills: listening, asking questions, summarizing.

- Personal integrity
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
- Driving license (required for outdoor sales)
- Technical educational background / trade school / high school diploma
