A job that matters: Your Tasks 

 

  • Lead the planning, execution, and transition of services for dormakaba Business Services in Europe, ensuring operational excellence and driving digital transformation
  • Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to shape future strategies and delivery capabilities while managing diverse IT and business projects.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of RPA and automation tools.
  • Contribute to shaping future strategies for multifunctional business services.
  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects within strict deadlines and budgets, ensuring alignment across HR, IT, Communication, and other departments.
  • Manage project deliverables, risks, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources, including third-party contractors or consultants.
  • Communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders through regular reporting.
  • Foster stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment with business objectives.

 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

 

  • BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in the field of project management, operations management, transition, transformation and/or process improvement.
  • Experience in a SSC environment.
  • Proven experience as Program Manager or another similar role, with a focus on process migration/transition, process improvement and digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of financial, commercial and back-office processes.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong interest in digital tools, including RPA and other automations tools. Having experience in ERP implementations is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational, change management and execution skills along with a demonstrated ability to prioritize.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured way of working
