We are currently looking for Senior Program and Project Manager IT to lead strategic transformation programs and projects of the Global IT (GIT) which includes scoping, planning, organization, budget management, implementation and communication in line with defined methodologies and with the aim to conduct programs and projects efficiently and effectively, in line with set business targets.

 

A job that matters: your tasks

  • Manage overall Business & IT Programs and projects
  • Manage objectives, scope, deliverables, resources, costs, interdependencies, risks of assigned Programs and Projects
  • Planning, Organization, Implementation, Communication and driving descisions
  • Ensure alignment and decision making with all involved stakeholders through proper communications, meetings and workshops
  • Ensure setup and integration of new IT functional support teams as required by the programs and projects
  • Traveling and working on a local site for longer periods of time may be necessary 

 

An experience that matters: your skills

  • Program and Project Management (5-10 years) in defined area - outsourcing onshore / offshore, organization reshaping, applications, Salesforce, ServiceMax 

  • Profound Project Management skills (10 years)  

  • International experience (Group / Regional function)  

  • Management of Teams  

  • Fluency in English 

  • Distinctive blend of business, IT, financial and communication skills. This blend is vital because this is a highly visible position with substantial impact 

  • IT or Business Background, Master Level (or respective experience with proven education along the way)  

  • Knowledge of project management methodology and experience or familiarity with major, defined program management approaches
