Position Overview
In this position, you will lead the expansion and deployment of the S&OP operating model across new markets, manufacturing sites, countries, business units, and portfolio segments.
You will be responsible for ensuring newly onboarded entities successfully adopt the established S&OP governance framework, planning cadence, reporting standards, and decision-making processes.
Acting as the central coordination point between markets, manufacturing sites, central planning teams, and shared service resources, you will drive implementation activities from initial readiness assessment through stabilization and transition to business-as-usual operations.
This role focuses on implementation, change management, stakeholder alignment, governance adoption, and process scalability. It combines program leadership, S&OP expertise, and organizational change management to support the continuous growth and maturity of the global S&OP organization.

- Drive governance and process compliance across Demand, Supply, Pre-S&OP, and Executive S&OP forums, ensuring consistency of standards, data quality, and decision-making practices.
- Serve as the primary liaison between plants, markets, SSC (DBS Sofia), and central planning teams.
- Manage implementation roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and transition criteria through to business-as-usual operations.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare executive-level reporting, performance updates, and decision-ready recommendations for senior stakeholders and Steering Committees.
- Perform hands-on analysis, reporting, and data validation to support implementation and decision-making.
