As a Senior Software Engineer of the exos cluster you'll take part in the sustainable development of one of the leading Access Control Solution software systems in the market. Your work will be crucial for the continuous success and reliability of this product, and therefore essential for providing thousands of large customers with the expected quality and performance needed for their business and daily needs. Our development is embedded in a global agile organization based on SAFe.
A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Develop, implement and document the software exos, using agile methodologies.
- Manage continuous improvements of features, architecture and design of the software and its data and interfaces.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to define software requirements.
- Perform requirements engineering for features and modules.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring for other engineers.
- Potentially expand responsibilities into the roles of a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- 8+ years of professional background in Software Development.
- Proficiency in C# .NET (backend) and Typescript frameworks like React (frontend).
- Experience with databases such as MS SQL.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of Software Architecture and Design Principles.
- Fluency in English. German language skills will be considered a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a similar area.
