We’re the team behind B-COMM HCM, a platform that simplifies time and labor data management by seamlessly integrating with ERP systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle/PeopleSoft, Microsoft, and hybrid setups.
Our team is spread across Bulgaria, Germany, and the U.S., collaborating across time zones to build smart, reliable solutions. Now, we’re looking for a Senior Automation QA to help us tackle the challenges ahead!
In this role, you'll be responsible for building a comprehensive test automation framework—covering everything from UI and APIs to the hardware devices we support. You'll work closely with developers and product teams to ensure our platform is rock-solid, improving processes and driving quality at every level.

A job that matters: Your Tasks
- Develop and execute test cases in close collaboration with the SCRUM team based on requirements, testing or development specifications. Verify and validate the proper functionality of new features.
- Analyze test results, manage defects and provide feedback to testing and development stakeholders.
- Transfer manual tests into the test automation framework with a primary focus on integration and regression tests, including the hardware layer.
- Design and run test strategies and concepts for feature implementation and E2E System or Solution regression testing, taking software / hardware dependencies into account.
- Support the product release process and maintain continuous integration environments.
- Plan and manage test automation and sub-projects, including test servers and environments.
- Outline test development activities and analytics for different levels of automation.
- Create and document automated tests from integration and regression test levels and beyond for our products.
Experience that matters: Your Skills
- 5+ years of experience in testing, both manual and automated.
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Good coding skills using different programming languages (preferably .NET, C#, TypeScript / JavaScript).
- Skilled in automation test cases using common testing frameworks such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Experience using Test Case Management tools (Zephyr would be a plus).
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies like SCRUM, KANBAN or SAFe.
- Fluency in English.
- Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technologies, Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
Nice to Have:
- DevOps know-how.
- Experience in electrical hardware engineering is a significant advantage
- ISTQB foundation or advanced level certification (e.g. Technical Test Analyst)
