The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our company's products, ensuring customer satisfaction and product performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a dedication to providing high-quality service.

Installation and Setup:

  • Install and set up company products, including equipment and systems, at customer sites.
  • Ensure proper configuration and functionality according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.

 

Maintenance and Repair:

  • Perform routine maintenance checks and inspections on company products to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts as needed, adhering to safety protocols and industry standards.

 

Customer Support:

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers, both on-site and remotely, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs, explain technical procedures, and provide guidance on product usage and maintenance.

 

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and customer interactions, using appropriate documentation tools.
  • Generate service reports and documentation for internal and external stakeholders, summarizing findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions.

 

Training and Knowledge Sharing:

  • Stay updated on product specifications, features, and updates through ongoing training and self-learning.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.

 

 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a service technician or similar role is recommended 
  • Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time and tasks efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment and perform tasks in various work environments.
