Position Overview
The SAP Ariba Solution Architect independently implements processes specified together with our internal customers and Business Process Owners in the dormakaba group. In addition, the Solution Architect must ensure proper alignment of the processes against our SAP template/application responsible as well as our global standards in Supply Chain Management. Further, he/she manages new developments in collaboration with other consultants or developers. Whereas the SAP modules mainly in focus are Ariba, the Solution Architect has a cross-application scope concerning integrated processes with the SAP modules MM/CO.
What you will do
- Design and re-engineering of Ariba solutions, aiming at optimizing business processes of the dormakaba companies
- Implementation of Ariba processes in SAP including customizing and documentation
- Consulting and support of the business partners such as Global Process Owners, Global Process Experts and Key Users
- Enable and convince the business organization to use a maximum of global standards
- Organization, preparation and execution of workshops with peers
- Independent managing of tasks and work packages
- Taking responsibility for realizing agreed solutions in time and quality
- Managing external resources
- Managing support issues within a Global Service Delivery Organization as 3rd-Level
- Close collaboration with internal SAP consultants
What we require
- 5+ years experience in Business Consulting Ariba, within a manufacturing/industry environment and logistics
- Practical experience/good working knowledge of SCM processes and standards
- Min. 2 to 3 global implementation projects (rollouts)
- Holistic view of business processes across SCM and MM/CO
- Experience as a Senior Consultant in SAP Ariba
- Experience in international ERP rollouts (5-10 years)
- Experience in presenting, moderating, guiding in process workshops
- Management of external resources
- Experience in key-user trainings
- Experience in Project Management (for sub-projects)
