The Supply Chain & S&OP Coordinator (English) plays a key role in connecting the Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Demand Planning teams, with a strong focus on coordinating the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
This position is critical for ensuring alignment between market demand, operational capacity, and the company’s ability to deliver products on time. The role supports business decision-making through data analysis, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination within an international environment.

- Supply Chain & S&OP Coordination.
- Support and coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
- Collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure realistic and executable demand plans.
- Analyze capacity, inventory levels, production constraints, and supply chain risks.
- Help balance customer demand with operational and supply capabilities.
- Identify potential risks impacting product availability and customer service levels, and support mitigation actions.
Demand Planning & Forecasting
- Support the creation, validation, and optimization of sales forecasts.
- Combine system-generated data with business input from Sales teams.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and analyze deviations, trends, and business drivers.
- Prepare scenarios and recommendations to improve forecasting performance.
Business & Sales Coordination
- Maintain close communication with international Sales and business teams.
- Collect and analyze information related to: Expected deals and projects, Market trends, Promotional activities, Customer behavio
- Evaluate the realism and feasibility of business expectations based on data and operational constraints.
- Challenge assumptions and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
Data Analysis, Systems & Reporting
- Use tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel for data analysis and visualization.
- Work with ERP systems (SAP or similar) to manage and analyze business data.
- Create dashboards, KPI reports, and automated reporting solutions.
- Ensure data quality and support master data maintenance.
