Talent Acquisition Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless Candidate Experience, and supporting our mission to place the right people in the right roles at the right time.
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition Partners across Europe, handling operational tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, and general administration. Your contributions will ensure that our talent processes run smoothly, enabling the organization to thrive.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
- Manage and maintain job requisitions, ensuring roles are allocated to the right Talent Acquisition Partners.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews, assisting with offer management and onboarding paperwork.
- Host weekly meetings with Talent Acquisition teams and HR Business Partners to ensure recruiting needs are met.
- Support Talent Acquisition teams with administrative duties, including reporting, presentations, and participation in activities related to job boards and career fairs.
- Organize travel arrangements when necessary for candidates and team members.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
What we require:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with some experience in Human Resources.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bulgarian.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships in a remote working setup.
What we prefer:
- Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition coordination role.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish or German is a plus.
