We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager with hands-on recruiting expertise and strong people management skills to join our exceptional team. In this pivotal role, you will drive our talent attraction efforts and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience across all recruiting stages.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
- Manage, coach, and inspire a team of TA professionals to ensure peak performance and continuous growth.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand hiring needs, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions.
- Assist in building a world-class Talent Acquisition function. Ensure compliance throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and improve candidate reach.
- Execute high-priority searches and support high-volume hiring needs to ensure timely and successful placements.
- Establish relationships with universities, trade schools, industry agencies, career fairs, and networks to develop talent pipelines for current and future needs.
- Manage and leverage agency resources to create strategic partnerships that supplement the internal talent acquisition team.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruiting processes while ensuring compliance. Stay updated on cutting-edge trends and innovations in recruiting techniques.
- Identify bottlenecks in the talent acquisition process and implement solutions to team and functional challenges. Maintain high satisfaction levels among candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure a smooth transition to the pre-boarding/onboarding stage.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a global or multinational company.
- 2-3 years of experience in a people management role.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing recruiting strategies.
- Expertise in leveraging a variety of talent attraction and sourcing methods (active and passive): job boards, social media, industry associations, career fairs, campus recruitment, etc.
- Solid experience in executive search.
- Ability to thrive in a global, multi-cultural environment with stakeholders across multiple countries.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills with the ability to be agile in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
