Team Lead IT HR Solutions

As a Team Lead IT HR Solutions you will be paving the digital footprint of employee-related solutions, taking a significant step towards the future of our organizational processes.

You will be responsible for a team of Internal and External Employees and you will closely collaborate with the business to design and implement highly effective and efficient business processes, ensuring optimal levels of standardization, harmonization, and integration across the entire organization.

This is especially relevant for the whole hire-to-retire value stream and in addition to all related business processes. You will be responsible for our SAP SuccessFactors instance that is currently serving 15.000 employees across the globe with a large variety of modules being in use.

A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks

• Lead and manage the Global IT HR Solutions Team
• Design and develop global business application architecture that optimizes efficiency, ensuring minimal systems and maximum effectiveness. This includes comprehensive tasks such as analysis, conceptual design, evaluation of solution alternatives, and functional testing.
• Close alignment with Business Organization, especially GPO/GPE in a 2-in-a-box approach for assessing, evaluating and consulting IT and process innovations.
• Drive global standardization to simplify, streamline, and enhance the effectiveness of business processes within the entire Hire-to-Retire value stream.
• Keep the Template Governance by active alignment and collaboration with HR Business stakeholders.
• Enable all entities and employees to conduct business in line with applicable laws and regulations, as well as with global and local policies and procedures and the group’s code of conduct.
• Align and organize support within a Global Service Delivery Organization as 3rd-Level-Function.
• Act as the bridge between Business Functions and Global IT, ensuring seamless alignment.

AN EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in a leading role in HR IT Solutions or in a similar field.
• Substantial expertise in Template Build and Governance, reflecting a background of 3-5 years in this area.
• Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors Rollouts, showcasing proficiency over a period of 5-10 years.
• Solid experience in Project Management, particularly in the domain of Global Rollouts.
• Experience in an international environment, demonstrating a nuanced understanding of diverse operational landscapes.
• Diploma in Business Administration or similar.
• Fluency in English.
