The Technical Expert will support the Service Owner to in delivering the assigned TP service Collaboration on a global scale in accordance with agreed Service Levels and the TP Operating Model from an E2E Service Management perspective.
A job that matters: Your Tasks:
- Supporting and contributing to the End-to-End delivery of stable, performant and reliable TP Services, according to the aligned Service Levels
- Supporting and contributing to the implementation of the roles, responsibilities, communication lines, and ways of working within their services according to TP organization structure with the support of the TP Management Board
- Supporting the Service Owner for budget, resource and cost management for the Collaboration service.
- Responsible for the service based on the defined roles and responsibilities, the TP Operating Model, the optimized ITSM core processes, defined communication lines and ways of working according to the TP organization from an E2E Service Management perspective
An experience that matters: Your Skills
- 2+ years proven project transition in the telecommunications infrastructure from a traditional landscape into a fast evolving, fluid solution which meets and exceeds the required user experience.
- 2+ years of experience working within E2E service management delivery of IT Services
- 2+ years designing processes to meet governance requirements following the ITIL v4 framework
