As a part of the dynamic development of our site in Bulgaria, we’re assembling an exceptional HR Operations team of committed and experienced individuals.
To further extend our function we are now looking for a Total Rewards Specialist. In this position you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing our rewards programs, ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with our business objectives across different markets. By overseeing transactional rewards management and continuous improvement initiatives, you will contribute significantly to our ongoing success and growth.
A JOB THAT MATTERS: Your Tasks
- Facilitate annual data submission to external benchmark providers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Analyze and maintain data quality globally and provide recommendations for salary structures.
- Participate in the development of compensation and incentive programs and policies. Coordinate payout processes and provide support for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the administration of all compensation plans and programs in partnership relevant stakeholders. Oversee end-to-end process, from planning to implementation of salary changes.
- Conduct, analyze and participate in surveys to study labor markets and salary trends to assess the competitiveness of rewards programs in different markets.
- Analyze job descriptions, ensure consistency in evaluation processes.
- Provide recommendations for salary ranges and structures based on job evaluation outcomes in collaboration with the global Total Rewards team.
EXPERIENCE THAT MATTERS: Your Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Fluency in English, German will be considered a significant advantage.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
