- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Lead to Order function, ensuring alignment with dormakaba's overall business objectives and goals
- Lead and inspire the entire Lead to Order function, promoting a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and professional growth
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and competitiveness of Lead to Order processes, including lead identification and qualification for low-tier customers, quotations, order management, and invoicing
- Drive innovation and process improvements within the Lead to Order function, leveraging technology and best practices to optimize service delivery and operational efficiency
- Foster strong collaboration and communication with senior stakeholders from Local Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Procurement from various European countries to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular updates and strategic insights to the Head of Commercial dbs and senior leaders from various European countries to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that all Lead to Order activities are focused on delivering exceptional value and service to dormakaba's customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards across all Lead to Invoice activities, maintaining the highest levels of data integrity and confidentiality
An experience that matters: your skills
- Extensive experience in a senior leadership role within a Shared Service Centre or similar environment, with a strong focus on Lead to Order processes, including quotations, contracts, order management, and invoicing
- Proven track record of successfully managing large teams and driving process improvements, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
- Professional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Project Management, Six Sigma) are advantageous
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on driving process improvements and operational excellence.
- Proficiency in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills, with the ability to inspire and manage large teams effectively
