A job that matters: your tasks

 

  • Plan, prepare and lead the transition of commercial and back-office processes to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Coordinate the efforts and resources within HR, IT, Communication, Change Management and others on-site, in group and in-scope legacy organisations.
  • Closely collaborate with third-party contractors or consultants.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators and project milestones.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.

 

An experience that matters: your skills

 

  • BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or another related field
  • Prior experience in the field of project management and/or transition management
  • Prior experience in a shared services or outsourcing environment
  • Strong commercial and SAP acumen, in-depth understanding of core commercial and back-office processes within shared services environment
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to lead team members effectively and efficiently
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex information in a concise and convincing way; ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation
  • Strong stakeholder management, ability to build strong business relations with senior management and drive conversations across the organisation
  • Excellent organisational, change management and execution skills along with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and drive multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured way of working
  • Proficiency in both English and German
