A job that matters: your tasks
- Plan, prepare and lead the transition of commercial and back-office processes to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
- Coordinate the efforts and resources within HR, IT, Communication, Change Management and others on-site, in group and in-scope legacy organisations.
- Closely collaborate with third-party contractors or consultants.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators and project milestones.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans.
An experience that matters: your skills
- BSc or MSc in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or another related field
- Prior experience in the field of project management and/or transition management
- Prior experience in a shared services or outsourcing environment
- Strong commercial and SAP acumen, in-depth understanding of core commercial and back-office processes within shared services environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to lead team members effectively and efficiently
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to communicate complex information in a concise and convincing way; ability to influence stakeholders across the organisation
- Strong stakeholder management, ability to build strong business relations with senior management and drive conversations across the organisation
- Excellent organisational, change management and execution skills along with a demonstrated ability to prioritise and drive multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, structured way of working
- Proficiency in both English and German
