UEM Architect

The Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) Architect is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the UEM infrastructure in the organization. This includes providing efficient management of all endpoint devices (such as computers, mobile devices, IoT devices, and others) in one centralized system.   

A job that matters: Your Tasks 

• Design and build UEM architecture, including configuration of profiles, security policies, etc.
• Integration of various systems and platforms to provide full management of endpoint devices.
• Optimizing and automating processes for installing, updating and monitoring software and device configurations.
• Develop Data Protection and Device Endpoint standards and procedures as well as device security in close cooperation with the IT Security department
• UEM solution support and end user device management troubleshooting
• Participates in the TP Architecture Board by supporting the decision-making on IT infrastructure changes in the area of expertise.

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• 5+ Years with Microsoft Azure as Cloud Security Engineer, Cloud DevOps or related
• 3+ Years with system administration of UEM platforms such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, BlackBerry UEM, etc.
• 3+ Years as Project Manager of IT infrastructure projects, ideally related to implementation of Microsoft Active Directory, UEM / MDM solutions
• 2+ Years of IT Infrastructure architect
• 2+ Years with Microsoft Active Directory Deployment and Administration
• Experience with management and coordination of geographically dispersed teams
• Experience with regular C level exposure and communication
• Vendor relationship management
• Mandatory certifications (depending on experience):
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance and Identity Fundamentals
  • Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator

• Desirable certifications: 
  • Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert 
  • TOGAF
  • PMP
  • SAFe 6 PO/PM
  • CISSP / CompTIA Security +

• University degree in the field of information and communication technologies or information security (or relevant years of experience)
• English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Presentation skills
• Positive attitude and good collaboration with colleagues and clients
• Ability to multitask with speed, quality and consistency in a fast-changing environment
