Position Overview
Working student position in AI Enablement and Communication focus on bridging the gap between technical AI development and practical, day-to-day business application. This role involve translating complex AI concepts (such as Generative AI) into easy-to-understand content, enabling employees to use new tools, and managing internal communications regarding AI strategy.
What you will do
- Content & Documentation: Creating user manuals, training materials, release notes, and newsletters for AI tools.
- Internal Enablement: Designing and organizing workshops, webinars, and training sessions to boost AI literacy.
- Prompt Engineering & Testing: Testing new AI applications (e.g., M365 Copilot, ChatGPT) and creating libraries of best practices and "Prompts-as-Code".
- Communication: Communicating product updates and AI use cases to employees to foster a culture of AI adoption.
- Use Case Management: Maintaining inventories of AI use cases and supporting projects in the AI Center of Excellence.
What we require
- Education: Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Media Studies, Communication, Computer Science, or similar fields.
- AI Knowledge: Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Co-pilot).
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical content into user-friendly language, with strong English
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with M365 (SharePoint, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools
- Business fluent in English, German would be an advantage
