e-Commerce Specialist

A job that matters: Your Tasks 

• Support the end-to-end rollout of the global webshop across countries, including planning, execution, testing, and go-live. This includes coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Adapt the webshop to local market requirements including language, currency, tax rules, legal disclaimers, logistics & payments preferences, and customer behavior.
• Be in charge for the management, administration and support of the global e-commerce solution in close collaboration with IT, product managers, local markets, marketing and the customer portal team. 
• Ensure product information, pricing, availability, and visuals are accurate and consistent across regions, in close alignment with the product data team. This includes recurring portfolio analyses and overseeing centralized or decentralized catalog management processes. 
• Identify and track customer behavior, drive higher usage and adoption rates, foster cross-/upsell, and collaborate with local/global marketing teams or product managers to support loyalty programs, digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal initiatives in the webshop.
• Support local organizations on day-to-day business and operations, identify functional and process optimization potentials and provide training on a regular base.
• Conduct regular analytics to measure, track, and improve efficiency, as well as gain insights into buying behavior, product dependencies, and inventory. Identify fast and slow-moving products to define and optimize inventory for express shipments. 
• Manage the PoS merchandise and printout platform end-to-end, taking care of the portfolio, inventory, continuous improvements, administration and management of internal and external stakeholders. 

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• 3+ years in a similar position with a strong e-commerce background.
• Knowledge in managing an e-commerce solution in combination with digital marketing campaigns and promotions is highly required.
• Experience in webshop implementation projects, global rollouts and loyalty programs is desirable. Knowledge of SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
• Successful accomplished commercial or IT education, ideally with bachelor’s or master’s degree.
