Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a remote Inside Sales Representative based in either the U.S. Pacific or Mountain Time Zones. The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing profitable sales growth for dormakaba in the assigned territory by closing inside sales of electronic access control, cloud operating systems and integrated solutions in the hospitality sector, from lead generation or qualification, through to sales closing.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $60,000 - $65,0000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) - plus, a generous Sales Incentive Plan. What you will do
- Develop pipeline and progress opportunities through the sales funnel while accurately forecasting revenue
- Attend industry association meetings or trade shows, deliver presentations as dormakaba’s Hospitality sales team representative, and conduct product demonstrations for potential clients
- Participate in the development of sales and marketing strategies that further enhance the sales of dormakaba’s Hospitality solutions
- Develop suggestions for new product ideas or product features based on customer feedback
- Meet or exceed territory sales budget as established by the Inside Sales Manager
What we require
- 3+ years’ experience in complex selling
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field experience
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
What we prefer
- Experience with site survey tools and quotation systems
- Proven ability to manage lead times and deliver accurate forecasting and ordering
- Awareness of industry and market trends
- History of high performance in field sales and new‑business development
