Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a remote Learning Leader I who is based in the continental US close to a major US airport. The Learning Leader I is responsible for creating compelling courses and engaging in learning activities that accommodate different learning styles and needs. This person will stay current on new product offerings, develop proficiency in their use and basic implementation, and maintain up-to-date knowledge in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $77,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
What you will do
- Deliver instructor-led classroom training in both virtual and traditional classroom settings for customers, installers, end-users and employees
- Maintain, develop and deliver high quality technical training, certification, and hands-on lab exercises using a variety of media types
- Provide comprehensive product expertise to internal and external customers while remaining current on industry trends, partner systems and related technology

- BS/BA degree, or equivalent work experience/education
- Willing and able to travel up to 75%

- Proven communication skills, written and verbal

- Experience in a security integration, electronic sales, product training, or education role in a security/access control technology environment
