System QA Manager

POSITION OVERVIEW

As crucial part of our Product Development Organization, the Senior Test Manager is responsible for quality and time to market for One B-COMM / B-COMM, EACM and Terminals

by taking charge of analysis, planning, steering and control of required test activities.

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• As experienced Senior Test Manager responsible for test planning, -coordination, -execution steering and -reporting
• Responsible for aligned test strategies and concepts with business stakeholders, solution architects, product manager and product owners
• Ensures cross-region collaboration and standardization and cares about the integration and collaboration with global test facilities  
• Decides on test automation strategies throughout all test levels for highest test efficiency (handling shift left and shift right decissions)
• In order to delivery succesful results a close collaboration with involved scrum teams will be required
• Mentoring and developing QA Engineers on multiple programs, ensuring quality of each product line and consistent integration of individual systems into the master test system
• Analysis and review of required and defined technical and/or functional testcase 
• Able to prepare and pre-agglomerate test result data in business context

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Certified Technician or Bachelor degree in Engineering
• A minimum of 6 years work experience in a similar function or area
• Profound knowledge of standard software applications, validation processes and testing methods
• Proven track record of successful international and cross-functional collaboration
• Business fluency in English
