Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Working Student to support our IT Communication & Change team in driving engaging internal communication and collaboration across the organization. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in IT transformation and digital workplace initiatives by contributing to communication campaigns, stakeholder engagement, training materials, and agile project coordination. You will work closely with Business, HR, and IT teams in an international environment, helping to make complex IT topics accessible, engaging, and impactful for employees and management alike.
What you will do
- Writing and editing internal communications for IT projects and initiatives (announcements, updates, campaign posts)
- Publishing and managing content on internal platforms (Viva Engage, Simple Videos)
- Developing and implementing internal communication strategies to improve cross departmental information flow
- Acting as communication interface between IT and other departments (Business, HR, IT)
- Coordinating with stakeholders across departments to align messaging and project updates
- Preparing and delivering presentations and townhalls for top-level and 2nd-level management
- Supporting IT change management initiatives including tool rollouts and migrations
- Assisting with data migration projects in collaboration with Business, HR and IT stakeholders
- Creating training and onboarding materials (video scripts, training videos via Simple Videos)
- Working in an agile team environment, taking on the Scrum Master role (sprint planning, team coordination, retrospectives) with basic Kanban knowledge
What we require
- Education: Enrolled student in Business Informatics, Media Studies, Communication, Computer Science, or similar fields.
- Basic intranet editing and content management (SharePoint)
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), Viva Engage, SharePoint
- Basic IT knowledge and understanding of IT project environments
- Business fluent in English
