Position Overview
We offer you an exciting opportunity to join dormakaba as an AI Platform Product Owner and take ownership of our global AI Platform roadmap. Acting as the strategic bridge between business functions, AI champions, and the AI Platform, you will translate business demand into scalable platform capabilities and ensure the delivery of reusable, high-impact services that enable AI across the organisation.
What you will do
- Own and evolve the AI Platform roadmap, continuously shaping it based on demand signals from business functions.

Translate business objectives and AI ambitions into platform-level capabilities that support AI scale-up.

Ensure delivery of reusable, shared platform services such as data access, LLM connectivity, IAM/security interfaces, and agent frameworks.

Maintain a strong focus on repeatable solutions rather than individual use cases.

Act as the first governance gate for AI platform investments, validating strategic and financial justification.

Monitor platform delivery KPIs, benefit realisation, and utilisation, ensuring transparency for senior leadership.

Serve as the primary point of contact for AI Champions, AI Seals, and AI CoE leadership on platform strategy and capabilities.
- Collaborate with AI Platform, Architecture, and AI CoE teams to align platform supply with business demand.
What we require
- 7+ years in AI/software product management, business transformation. or 3+ years in top-tier strategic IT consulting with a focus on AI or digital products.
- Track record working with AI or digital product portfolios.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and platform-based service delivery models.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, PLM) in complex IT landscapes.
- Proven experience working with application-to-application (A2A) frameworks.
- Exposure to investment governance, business case validation, and platform-related decision-making.
- Experience in cross-functional stakeholder environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field with technical exposure to software and business topics.
