Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking an Inventory Coordinator based in Chino, CA. The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for receiving, stocking, and selecting inventory to satisfy independent customer orders.
The base pay range for this position is $ 20.50/hr. – 24.50/hr. with mandatory overtime, as needed.
What you will do
- Receive, organize, and stock parts and materials by properly packaging, labeling, and storing goods in their designated location in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of products that have been received and stocked, maintain records as instructed and per company training while informing the supervisor of any concerns, complications, or inaccuracies. Provide management with accurate records and inventory counts
- Execute Daily cycle counts
- Analyze and organize weekly work order pull schedules
- Research, analyze and adjust inventory discrepancies
What we require
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years of previous warehouse experience
- Certifiable to operate powered forklift equipment (stand-up and sit-down)
- Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills
- Good basic math skills and the ability to recognize and distinguish specific numbers within a large volume of like numbers in small spaces
