Job Description
Commercial AI Solution Engineer
Sofia
8/7/26

Position Overview

We are looking for a Commercial AI Solution Engineer to help transform the way our commercial teams work by designing and deploying AI-powered solutions that eliminate manual effort, streamline processes, and unlock new levels of productivity.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business challenges and AI capabilities - identifying opportunities across pre-sales, sales, and customer operations, then designing intelligent workflows, AI agents, and automation solutions that create measurable business impact.

You will work closely with commercial teams, data experts, and the AI Center of Excellence to turn ideas into scalable solutions that enable teams to spend less time on repetitive tasks and more time creating value for customers.

What you will do

  • Process Discovery & Requirements Definition - Conduct detailed audits of pre-sales, sales, and after-sales processes to identify manual activities, and gather detailed business requirements, constraints, and success metrics from commercial teams.
  • Solution Design - Design AI workflow and agent solutions tailored to specific processes, defining triggers, decision logic, integration points, and expected outcomes
  • Implementation & Deployment - Build and deploy AI solutions using low-code/no-code platforms and custom integrations, managing technical setup and system configurations
  • Data Lake Optimization - Leverage available data in the data lake through data science techniques (ontologies, data modeling, semantic understanding) to enable AI consumption and identify data gaps.
  • Testing & Validation - Conduct comprehensive testing including functional, performance, and user acceptance testing to verify solutions meet requirements before launch.
  • Change Management & Training - Guide commercial teams through adoption, provide training, and communicate benefits to ensure effective use and team buy-in.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization - Monitor solution performance post-deployment, identify improvement opportunities, troubleshoot issues, and iteratively refine AI workflows based on real-world usage and feedback.
  • AI CoE Alignment - Collaborate with the AI Center of Excellence to ensure all solutions align with organizational standards, protocols, governance frameworks, and best practices

What we require

AI & Technical Expertise

  • 3+ Years of experience designing and implementing AI workflows and agents (e.g., automation tools, RPA, low-code/no-code platforms)
  • Strong understanding of AI/machine learning capabilities, limitations, and practical applications
  • Data modeling, data engineering, and familiarity with data lake architectures
  • Knowledge of ontologies, semantic data modeling, and data governance
  • API integration and system connectivity experience

Large Language Model (LLM) Experience

  • Experience designing and optimizing prompts to reliably produce business-relevant LLM outputs for specific process requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience building RAG solutions that ground LLM responses in enterprise data, knowledge bases, and business context.
  • Experience designing agentic workflows where LLMs coordinate with business tools (CRM, order systems, pricing) to automate complex commercial processes.
  • Understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations to architect appropriate automation solutions and identify when human judgment is required.
  • Experience deploying LLM solutions at scale with attention to cost optimization, performance monitoring, and quality assurance in production environments

Business Process & Optimization

  • Track record of identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes
  • Experience mapping current state processes and designing future state solutions
  • Familiarity with lean methodology or continuous improvement frameworks
  • Understanding of sales, pre-sales, and customer service operations (B2B context preferred)
  • Experience reducing manual work or automating repetitive tasks
