What you will do:

  • Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 15 employees, taking ownership of recruitment, onboarding, performance and development.
  • Provide hands-on operational and people leadership, combining day-to-day involvement with effective delegation and team management.
  • Oversee Order Management, quotations and Order to Invoice activities, ensuring efficient, accurate and timely service delivery in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Stay actively involved in SAP and operational processes, ensuring a strong understanding of how work is executed and supporting the team in resolving issues.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Production, Warehousing, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure smooth end-to-end processes.
  • Support process transitions, implementations and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization and digitalization.
  • Monitor operational performance, customer service and KPIs, taking corrective actions and driving improvements where needed.
  • Manage priorities across multiple countries/markets, ensuring service quality, business continuity and a strong customer-focused approach.

 

What we require:

  • 4+ years of experience in a Supervisory/Team Leadership role, ideally within Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Customer Operations or a similar function.
  • Proven people management and leadership experience, ideally with a team of 10+ employees.
  • Strong hands-on operational profile with experience working directly with processes and systems, rather than a purely managerial background.
  • Previous experience with SAP and strong understanding of order, customer and commercial processes.
  • Experience in shared services, near-shore/BPO or international business environments, including working across multiple countries or markets.
  • Background in or strong exposure to manufacturing, industrial, logistics, supply chain, warehousing or a similar environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with the resilience and confidence to manage complex operational situations.
  • Fluent English and good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365; a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance or a related field is preferred.
