Position Overview

 

dormakaba is seeking a Country Manager based in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico City, to manage the company’s business in Mexico, Central America & the Caribbean Markets to optimize sales and services. The Country Manager is responsible for integrating corporate strategies into daily operations as well as developing local business by identifying market trends, fulfilling customers' needs & requirements, and ensuring efficient distribution channels. 

 

What you will do

  • Align the overall distribution, sales and marketing strategy to the market conditions of the assigned region/country. Ensure efficient implementation and execution of the strategy
  • Identify local customer needs and market dynamics
  • Develop and execute local marketing and sales channel strategies
  • Set and manage pricing within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Monitor and analyze sales activities to ensure targets are met
  • Build strong relationships by meeting regularly with stakeholders and key customers

 

What we require

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, administration, or related field
  • Solid understanding of product groups and key accounts and understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales management
  • 3+ years of experience in Service management - installation & service
  • Fluency in English
  • Travel – 20%

  • Master in Business Administration (MBA)
  • 2+ years experience in P&L experience
