Position Overview

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding dormakaba’s presence within the Critical Infrastructure sector across the region. The role focuses on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying and securing new business opportunities, and leading engagement with key stakeholders. Working closely with internal teams, the Strategic Sales Lead will promote dormakaba’s full portfolio of access and security solutions, deliver sustainable revenue growth, strengthen market position, and provide valuable market intelligence to support long-term business success.

 

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the Critical Infrastructure market.
  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, consultants, and partners.
  • Promote dormakaba’s full range of products and services.
  • Manage and grow key accounts and strategic partnerships.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and reporting in Salesforce and ServiceMax.
  • Monitor market trends, projects, and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Represent dormakaba professionally across all stakeholder engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. 

 

What we require

  • Proven business development or sales experience within the industry.
  • Established network and strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to win new business and grow accounts.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Technical and commercial understanding of the built environment.
  • Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, ServiceMax, and SAP.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
