Job Overview
Responsible for the full process on site project installation management and service of the company's products (including but not limited to door hardware, automated access control, electronic access systems, hotel locks, interior glass systems, and movable walls). Ensure the implementation of technical solutions, compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and timely delivery, while providing professional technical support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in bidding and technical solution development, providing professional advice on hardware installation; Review construction drawings to ensure compliance with Hong Kong's building regulations and industry standards; Formulate construction, safety, and resource allocation plans; Organize technical disclosure sessions to clarify installation requirements and key technical points.
- On site Construction Management :Control project progress to ensure on time delivery; Monitor installation quality to meet product specifications and Hong Kong building standards; Implement construction site safety regulations, conduct safety training, risk inspections and accident handling; Coordinate the installation team, arranging personnel assignments and providing technical guidance; Responsible for material acceptance, storage, and usage management.
- Technical Service Support :Resolve on site installation technical issues and provide solutions, responsible for the commissioning and acceptance of hardware and software systems, provide after sales technical support to ensure customer satisfaction, on site data to optimize installation processes and technical solutions. collect
- Communication and Coordination :Liaise with customers, architects, supervisors, general contractors, and other parties to coordinate requirements, handle project changes and visas, controlling costs; Regularly report project progress, coordinate with suppliers to ensure product quality and delivery cycles.

Job Requirements
- Background in Architectural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields is preferred; possession of relevant professional qualifications in Hong Kong (e.g., HKIE Membership, Registered Constructor) is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of onsite installation management experience in Hong Kong's architectural hardware industry, familiar with the installation of architectural hardware, automated access control, electronic access systems, hotel locks, and other related systems; experience in independently managing large commercial/residential projects is preferred; proficient in Hong Kong's building regulations, safety standards, and acceptance processes. scale
- Mastery of architectural hardware product installation processes and technical requirements; familiar with Hong Kong's construction site safety norms, with strong safety management and on-site problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent cross departmental communication and coordination skills; strong team management and leadership capabilities; good Chinese and English communication skills; attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time management skills.
