Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a Trade Show Manager based in Indianapolis, IN. The Trade Show Manager, will lead the strategic planning and execution of North America's trade show and client-facing event programs. They are responsible for booth design, logistics, and ensuring consistency of brand imagery and key messaging across all display touchpoints. This individual will identify and implement effective processes to improve trade show strategy and resource allocation, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage event logistics, and maximize ROI from trade show participation.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $100,000 - $135,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Plus an annual bonus. Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
What you will do
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Oversee branding, messaging, design, and execution of a cohesive display and merchandising program, including large and small trade show booths, tabletops, and pop-up displays.
- Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging aligned with dormakaba’s brand guidelines and product positioning
- Align trade show marketing with broader marketing and demand generation strategies. Develop integrated marketing campaigns for each event, including pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event nurture
- Coordinate and oversee all pre-show, on-site, and post-show trade show logistics
What we require
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
- 10+ years of marketing experience, including trade show and/or event management
- Experience working closely with sales teams in a B2B environment
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, depending on company needs
