Job Purpose
Lead the Integration Sales for ACS (ESC & EAD) product portfolio to drive revenue and ensure the fulfilment of the respective goals in terms of sales, profit and working capital (receivables). Develop and implement sales strategy for assigned business in accordance with the ASEAN strategies and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales ownership of the Integration Sales BU in Singapore. Plan and implement the S4G ASEAN 2027 comprehensive business plan for the Integration Sales that would contribute towards the sustainable profitable growth objectives, revenue and profit achievements.
- Build up and develop the Sales team to actively interact with customers and potentials in order to modify and specify product portfolio in line with customer needs and drive business. growth.
- Develop and maintain a healthy project pipeline and keep all details up to date in the CRM system.
- Improve profitability through specification, product mix and price increase.
- Work closely with Marketing team to develop the local product portfolio, implement pricing, promotion, product launches etc.
- Work closely with Operations & Execution team to achieve project planning and execution excellence.
- Provide market information or report to regional management & marketing team in process of strategy designing and decision making on a timely manner.
- Improve the existing sales infrastructure and operating systems to drive strong pipeline development that accurately forecasts and delivers orders for production.
- Act as the voice of the customer to all departments ensuring all cross functional departments (operations, product development, finance, human resources, marketing) are focused on driving revenue and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience with Profit & Loss (P&L) management responsibilities within the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, or a related discipline. Candidates without a degree may be considered if they possess at least 10 years of relevant experience in the construction and building industry.
- Prior experience in the automatic doors, turnstiles, movable walls, security systems, access control systems, or related industries is highly preferred but not necessary.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the construction and building environment, with a strong understanding of project execution, operations, and customer requirements.
