Position Overview
dormakaba is seeking a (remote) Project Onboarding Specialist I based in the Las Vegas area or within the Pacific / Mountain Time Zones. The Project Onboarding Specialist I is responsible for executing hospitality onboarding projects according to established standards, meeting customer requirements and coordinating internally for an efficient onboarding process. This position ensures all setup tasks are completed, client requirements are clarified, and internal teams are coordinated for an organized onboarding outcome.
HOURLY HIRING RANGE: Base Pay $26/hr. - $29/hr. (Rate of pay to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
What you will do
- Serve as a customer-facing contact during onboarding, building trust and setting expectations on timelines, documentation, and delivery steps; respond to each customer interaction within 48 hours
- Verify key order details and coordinate with internal teams; execute onboarding activities using defined processes and tools, escalating exceptions appropriately
- Manage installation dates with the availability of stock and desired install dates
- Support accurate record-keeping across systems and tools, ensuring data is always kept current
- Monitor key milestones, flag risks, and escalate issues to Senior Specialists or the Onboarding Lead as needed
What we require
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing coordination or administrative support
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
What we prefer
- Hospitality experience
- French or Spanish proficiency
- Experience using a Customer Resource Management (CRM) system
