You will develop and apply standardized change tools, templates, playbooks and communication content, and provide hands-on change support to markets, ensuring that commercial and service teams adopt standardized processes, systems and ways of working in a sustainable manner that delivers measurable business value.

The role offers the opportunity to work closely with transformation teams, HR, Communications and business stakeholders, while combining structured change management with engaging communication, workshop facilitation and creative approaches to change adoption.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain standardized change tools, templates and playbooks, ensuring they are practical, scalable and consistently applied across programs and markets.
  • Facilitate local change workshops, breakout sessions and other interactive formats, supporting markets in planning and delivering adoption activities.
  • Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, maintain country adoption dashboards, monitor KPIs, and escalate risks and resistance.
  • Create reusable change content aligned with the global CCO change story, including executive and employee communications, presentations, FAQs, learning nuggets and visual materials.
  • Use tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, video or animation platforms and AI-enabled solutions to create engaging and effective change communication.
  • Partner with Communications, HR and local leadership to deliver clear and consistent messaging, and support managers in addressing resistance.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development teams on role-based training and post-launch adoption activities.
  • Provide hands-on support during critical phases, including cutover, go-live and hypercare, to ensure a smooth transition to business-as-usual operations.
  • Introduce new ideas for communicating change, engaging employees and strengthening adoption.

  • Hands-on experience with change management methodologies, such as Prosci or ADKAR, impact and readiness assessments, communication and training coordination.
  • Background in supporting commercial process transformations, such as Sales, Service or Order-to-Cash.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence at different organizational levels.
  • Ability to translate complex transformation topics into clear presentations, communications and engaging workshop formats.
  • A structured and process-oriented approach, combined with creativity, curiosity and the confidence to introduce new ideas.
  • Experience using Canva, PowerPoint or similar tools to create professional presentations and visual communication materials.
