Are you passionate about bringing events to life and ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed?

We are looking for an Event Partner to join our Global Trade Fairs & Events team in Madrid. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the planning and delivery of a diverse portfolio of events, including international trade fairs, customer events, partner activations, webinars and internal events.

Position Overview

Working with colleagues across marketing, sales, product management and regional teams, you will help create engaging experiences that strengthen our brand, support business growth and deliver value to customers and partners worldwide.

What you will do

• Coordinate the planning and execution of trade fairs, customer events, partner activations, webinars and internal events.
• Manage event timelines, logistics, registrations, materials, supplier coordination and stakeholder communications.
• Support budget tracking, purchase requests, invoicing processes and procurement compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, creative, digital and local market teams to ensure successful event delivery.
• Prepare event documentation, attendee materials, briefing packs, event checklists and run-of-show plans.
• Monitor event readiness, identify risks and proactively resolve issues before and during events.
• Capture event performance data, feedback and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.

What we require

• Experience coordinating events, trade fairs, marketing activations or projects within a corporate, agency or shared-services environment.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience working with suppliers, external agencies and cross-functional stakeholders.
• A detail-oriented approach and the ability to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Confidence managing event logistics, timelines, budgets and operational processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
