Position Overview
Partner with senior leaders and blue and white collar teams across a diverse business, balancing strategic priorities with hands-on HR delivery. You will influence people strategy, coach leaders and provide practical, commercially considered advice while working independently within established HR governance, policies and corporate frameworks.
What you will do
- Provide practical HR support across manufacturing, service and sales teams.
- Partner with senior leaders on people strategy, workforce planning and leadership capability.
- Advise on employee relations, performance matters, policy interpretation and employment issues.
- Lead and support investigations, grievances and disciplinary processes.
- Guide organisational design, team effectiveness, culture and change initiatives.
- Support talent management, onboarding, engagement, wellbeing and broader HR programs.
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
- Maintain compliant HR processes, documentation and systems, and collaborate across the wider HR team.
What we require
- At least 7 years of HR experience, including experience as a HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
- Proven employee relations capability, including complex and sensitive matters.
- Confidence coaching senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
- Ability to work autonomously with mature judgement, integrity and disciplined follow-through.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, changing environment.
