We’re looking for a motivated Service Sales Account Manager to join our NSW team and play a key role in strengthening our position as the leading service provider of access solutions. You’ll nurture strong customer relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional service and refurbishment solutions across your territory.
What you will do
- Managing and growing your service sales territory, driving year-on-year improvements in turnover and margin.
- Developing new business opportunities with proactive outreach and solution-selling strategies.
- Building trusted relationships with customers, vendors, internal stakeholders, and contractors.
- Generating service proposals, refurbishment quotes, and cross-divisional sales opportunities.
- Identifying growth potential within existing accounts across all service product groups.
- Using Salesforce and CRM tools to manage customer needs and compliance requirements.
- Collaborating with commercial, operations, and strategic sales teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.

- Previous experience in Service Sales, Business Development or Key Account Management.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and sound decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with solution selling and driving sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and create productive working environments.
