Job Description
Senior Deployment Process Expert
Sofia
10/5/26

Position overview

Enable successful RECITE deployments and the transition to standardized European commercial and service back-office processes by providing deployment-focused end-to-end process expertise, driving rollout preparation and business readiness activities, coordinating country implementation activities, and embedding sustainable operational capability within DBS.

What you will do

  • Map, validate, and document current-state commercial and service back-office processes across assigned countries to support fit-gap analysis against the RECITE global template.
  • Identify, plan, and drive preparation and business readiness activities, including process impacts, dependencies, local prerequisites, risks, controls, and adoption actions.
  • Coordinate country data cleansing and migration readiness with business data owners and project teams; track quality issues, decisions, and completion of agreed actions.
  • Build and maintain country-specific process knowledge, including justified local requirements, exceptions, system dependencies, and upstream and downstream impacts.
  • Act as the bridge between the RECITE program, GPEs and GPOs, DBS operations, and country organizations; translate design decisions into clear operational requirements and actions.
  • Guide country and DBS operational teams through testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare; surface risks early and escalate unresolved decisions through the agreed governance.
  • Create and maintain local process documentation, SOPs, job aids, training content, and onboarding materials; deliver practical knowledge transfer to operational and country teams.
  • Provide post-go-live process expertise, support stabilization and handover to daily operations, and identify standardization, automation, and continuous improvement opportunities for future rollouts.

What we require

  • Experience in commercial or service back-office operations and in ERP, CRM, or service-platform transformation, rollout, or process-standardization initiatives. Practical experience in process mapping, fit-gap analysis, business readiness, testing, training, deployment, or post-go-live stabilization is strongly preferred.
  • Degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Information Systems, Process Management, or a comparable field.
  • Strong end-to-end understanding of commercial and/or service back-office processes.
  • Process mapping, fit-gap analysis, requirements clarification, and process documentation skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERP, CRM, and service-platform implementations and their operational dependencies.
  • Ability to coordinate business readiness, data readiness, testing, cutover, hypercare, and operational handover activities.
  • Strong facilitation, training, stakeholder alignment, and change-adoption skills across countries and functions.
  • Analytical and structured problem solving, with clear risk, issue, decision, and action tracking.
  • Ability to distinguish global standards, valid local requirements, and legacy practices, and to challenge constructively.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English; confident collaboration in virtual and multicultural environments.
  • Customer and process excellence mindset.
  • High ownership, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborative, pragmatic, and comfortable working through ambiguity and change.
  • Able to influence without formal authority and escalate factually when alignment is not reached.
  • Flexible to support European rollout activities across countries and locations.
