The Service Administrator will be responsible for managing customer portals, including PO management, and managing case queues to ensure all queries are responded to in a timely manner once a quote has been accepted.

 

What you will do

  • Update Customer Portals once the order has been accepted to ensure all the appropriate information is listed in preparation for invoicing.
  • Supply customers with relevant information in relation to the accepted quotes, where required. Monitor relevant case queues and ensure all actions are completed within a timely manner.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, particularly the Commercial Service teams, to ensure deadlines are met in order to remain on target with prescribed ETA’s.
  • Support with quoting conversion and part sourcing overflow, where required. Ensure all documentation and records are accurately recorded in CRM – SFDC solution.

 

What we require

  • Background in estimating, quoting, or administration.
  • Familiarity of Australian building codes & standards in particular AS5007 – Powered Doors for Pedestrian Access & Egress.
  • Proficiency in estimation software, CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail & ability to manage multiple quotes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively collaborate with clients, sales teams & internal stakeholders.

What we prefer

  • Experience using ServiceMax or similar customer relationship management (CRM) systems preferred
  • Exposure to scheduling or workforce management systems
  • Experience coordinating subcontractors or technicians highly regarded
