We are seeking a creative and organised Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract basis to provide maternity cover within our dynamic marketing team.

Marketing Communications Specialist (Temporary)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Adapt and schedule global social media content for local LinkedIn and Facebook platforms
• Manage general enquiry email inbox and ensure timely responses
• Handle Facebook enquiries and route them to the appropriate sales personnel
• Coordinate and manage projects with external vendors and agencies, including:
  • Social media agency coordination
  • Liaising between Product Marketing Managers and design agencies on brochures, factsheets, and marketing collateral while ensuring compliance with branding guidelines
  • Coordinating regional and local corporate gift order quantities
  • Reviewing and making minor artwork adjustments for renovation-related materials such as posters and backdrops
• Prepare and report monthly Customer Experience Centre visitor statistics
• Assist in organizing seminars, meetings, conferences, trade shows, and marketing events
• Update product listings on the regional website for product launches and go-live activities
• Prepare event write-ups for internal communication platforms
• Support external social media postings for events and marketing activities
• Attend to ad hoc marketing and administrative requests as assigned

Qualifications / Knowledge & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar marketing communications or coordination role would be advantageous
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including:
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Photoshop
• Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms
• Good organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
