Position Overview
The AI SEAL Salesforce designs, builds, and remediates Salesforce AI-enabled capabilities for the RECITE programme and exposes them safely through governed AI platform patterns.
The role acts as the execution arm for Salesforce-related AI use cases while adhering to enterprise AI standards, architecture, governance, and security requirements.
The AI SEAL Salesforce works hands-on across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, Platform Events, Salesforce integrations, and AI platform tool patterns to deliver production-grade Salesforce solutions.
The function collaborates with the AI Champion, AI CoE, AI Platform team, business stakeholders, and system-integrator build team to remediate technical gaps, build reusable components, and ensure secure, auditable AI-enabled process automation.
What you will do
- Salesforce Build & Remediation
- Design, develop, and remediate Salesforce capabilities using Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events, and established Salesforce integration patterns.
- Address findings against the programme audit rubric, including code quality, architecture posture, flow quality, security partitioning, integration, schema, and feature parity.
- Support build quality stabilization and challenge system-integrator design decisions with evidence.
- AI Tools, Agents & Governed Actions
- Expose Salesforce capabilities to agents through governed tools registered behind the AI platform / tool gateway rather than direct agent-to-Salesforce wiring.
- Author tool contracts, allowlists, JSON-Schema parameter validation, and reusable action patterns.
- Design Salesforce read/write actions to the correct risk tier with appropriate approval and human-in-the-loop controls for sensitive writes.
- Identity, Security & Access Control
- Wire enterprise identity and document / record-level ACLs so agents only see data the end user is entitled to access.
- Preserve security trimming and authorization forwarding in AI-enabled Salesforce use cases.
- Ensure OAuth, authorization, privacy, and compliance requirements are implemented consistently.
- Power Platform & Reusable Components
- Build reusable components on Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and related platform services where appropriate.
- Align reusable build assets with AI CoE architecture, governance, and reuse expectations.
- Monitor deployed solutions and continuously optimize quality, accuracy, and performance.
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work as execution partner for the AI Champion and collaborate closely with Salesforce business owners, IT, Data & Analytics, security, and SI teams.
- Provide transparent delivery status, technical risks, dependencies, and improvement proposals.
- Support adoption by ensuring solutions are reliable, explainable, and embedded in the target process.
- Governance, Quality & Compliance
- Ensure Salesforce AI solutions pass design, security, operational-readiness, publish, and change-control gates.
- Implement telemetry, evaluation, grounding, and audit evidence where needed.
- Ensure compliance with AI policies, data privacy, security standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
