Position Overview

The AI SEAL is part of the dormakaba fiannce innovation hub and embedded within finance functions, where it serves as the execution layer that turns prioritized use cases into production-grade AI solutions that automate work, improve decisions, and deliver measurable business impact.

What you will do

Use Case Translation & Solution Design

• Translate business requirements into AI solution architectures (agents, workflows, copilots
• Select appropriate patterns (RAG, automation, predictive, agents)

Rapid Prototyping & MVP Development

• Build working prototypes using low-code and AI tools (Copilot Studio, Power Platform, APIs)
• Iterate in short cycles with business stakeholders
• Working with dk & partners technologies to identify optimal solutions quickly

Productionization & Deployment

• Convert prototypes into stable, secure, scalable solutions
• Integrate into enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, PLM, etc.)

Workflow Automation & Agent Development

• Design and implement AI agents and automated workflows
• Replace manual repetitive processes end-to-end

Data Integration & Preparation

• Ensure access to structured and unstructured data
• Build pipelines, connectors, and semantic layers where required

Value Realization & Performance Optimization

• Measure solution performance and business impact
• Continuously improve accuracy, latency, and usability
• Drives testing process and optimizes solution together collaboratively with the users

Collaboration with AI Champion & CoE

• Work as execution arm of AI Champion
• Align with AI CoE on architecture, governance, and reuse

Governance, Security & Compliance

• Ensure solutions comply with AI policies, data privacy, and security standards

What we require

5–10 years work experience in one of the following:

• Software engineering
• Data / AI engineering
• Automation / process engineering
• Proven hands-on project experience delivering transformational AI solutions for multi-national organizations in the role as architect and developer

Master’s or Bachelor’s in:

• Computer Science
• Engineering
• Data Science
• Or equivalent practical experience
