What you will do
- Mainly manage customer order entry and processing in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely execution throughout the order-to-cash cycle.
- Process and track orders for products, projects, and services, coordinating fulfilment with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Technical teams.
- Prepare and validate quotations, invoices, and commercial documentation, resolving order or billing discrepancies when needed.
- Support customers and account managers by handling inquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and providing relevant product or service information.
- Manage long-tail customer accounts and support lead generation, qualification, and sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer, order, and billing data and prepare regular reports to support performance tracking.
- Identify and resolve process issues while ensuring a smooth and customer-focused commercial operation.
What we require
- C1 level in both Spanish and English, with good communication skills and confident use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Previous experience in order management, sales support, customer service, or commercial operations, ideally in a B2B environment.
- Hands-on experience with SAP or another ERP system, particularly order entry, data management, and order tracking.
- Understanding of the end-to-end order lifecycle, including quotations, fulfilment, invoicing, and resolving billing discrepancies.
- Experience supporting customers or account managers, handling inquiries and complaints, and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
- Exposure to sales and pre-sales activities, such as quote preparation, lead qualification, sales documentation, or account development.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and coordinate across departments.
