Job Description
Marketing And Communication Tool Specialist
Sofia
7/15/26

Position Overview

This role sits at the intersection of commercial marketing, communication, and digital technology, driving the adoption and continuous evolution of the platforms and tools that enable global teams to work more effectively. From catalogue and price list creation to brand management, employee collaboration, customer insights, and the global merchandise shop, you will own a portfolio of business-critical marketing and communication tools that support commercial excellence across all markets.

Working across the Global Communication and Digital Platforms & Tools teams, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on product ownership. Beyond day-to-day administration, you will shape how these tools evolve, improve user experience and adoption, streamline processes, and ensure they continue to deliver value to the business.

What you will do

  • Own the product roadmap for Pagination.com — drive the strategic evolution of the catalogue and price list creation platform by managing a transparent backlog, prioritizing features with stakeholders, and establishing global templates.
  • Manage and evolve the Unily intranet — shape the digital workplace by curating content architecture, enabling new collaboration features, and turning the intranet into a tool people actually want to use.
  • Govern QR code and link campaigns via Bitly — build a scalable framework for creating, tracking, and retiring QR codes and short links across global marketing campaigns and print collateral.
  • Operate and grow the survey & analytics stack (Hotjar & Qualtrics) — design and maintain the global survey ecosystem to generate actionable user and market insights that feed directly into product and process decisions.
  • Run the brand management platform Frontify — be the guardian of dormakaba's digital brand portal, ensuring brand assets, guidelines, and templates are always current, accessible, and adopted across all markets.
  • Manage the Shopify-based merchandise solution — maintain the global merchandise shop, coordinate seasonal updates, and work with suppliers to keep the assortment relevant and the operations smooth.
  • Drive supplier management across the entire portfolio — negotiate service levels, manage license renewals, coordinate developments, and hold vendors accountable for delivery quality and roadmap commitments
  • Lead stakeholder management across global functions and local markets — build trusted relationships with Group Communication, Product Management, Customer Experience, and Marketing Communication teams globally and act as the go-to escalation point for local market needs.
