Position Overview
The purpose of this role is to serve as the central interface between commercial stakeholders and Global IT, providing end-to-end governance of the digitalization portfolio by aligning demand, priorities, stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and cross-program dependencies to ensure initiatives deliver the organization’s digitalization strategy within agreed scope and budget.
What you will do
- Single point of contact. Own the business - IT relationship end-to-end for all digitalization initiatives across the commercial organization and supporting digitalization strategy and objectives
- Demand intake. Gather and validate business requirements through well-defined business cases, understand the underlying processes, and structure the information needed to prioritize initiatives based on impact, benefits, urgency, and data, process, and system readiness.
- Portfolio management. Own and manage the digitalization portfolio in Jira, providing a holistic view of all workstreams, projects, deliverables, milestones, risks, and cross-program dependencies to support effective prioritization, coordination, and decision-making.
- Stakeholder management. Manage senior business and regional/functional leads; maintain a trusted relationship with Global IT, translating constraints and trade-offs back into business terms.
- Rollout and adoption. Lead change and communication planning, training, and post-go-live adoption with regional/local stakeholders.
- Representation. Report progress, blockers, risks and prioritization decisions in steering committees, and act as spokesperson for the group in cross-functional, regional and country forums.
- Timeline & budget ownership. Own overall timeline and budget management across all commercial digitalization initiatives in the organization; track progress, cost and value realization at portfolio level
- Governance & templates. Establish and maintain a governance framework, program structures (steering cadence, decision rights, escalation paths) and standard templates (business case, prioritization scoring, status reporting), and performance metrics to ensure successful execution.
- Dependency alignment. Identify and manage dependencies with other larger/global programs, ensuring alignment of scope, timeline and resources across the digitalization portfolio.
