We are looking for a German-speaking Supply and Demand Planner to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. 

You will play a critical role bridging Sales and Operations by validating and refining demand forecasts across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your work will directly improve forecast accuracy, align commercial expectations with factory realities, and drive better business decisions.

A job that matters: Your Tasks 

• Manage and validate country-level demand forecasts for components, parts, and devices across DACH markets.
• Collaborate closely with Sales teams to gather, challenge, and enrich qualitative demand inputs.
• Align forecasts with actual demand signals and supply constraints from manufacturing sites.
• Prepare clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations for management and Supply and Demand meetings.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and data quality initiatives (Excel, Power BI/Tableau, Jira).
• Support cross-functional Demand, Supply & Operations Reviews (~⅔ of role).

An experience that matters: Your Skills

• 3+ years in Demand Planning, Sales Operations, Supply and Demand, or Commercial Planning.
• German C1 (fluent professional level – mandatory).
• English B2 or higher.
• Strong experience with forecast processes, data validation, and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Hands-on with Excel (advanced), Power BI or Tableau; familiarity with SAP/Oracle ERP is a big plus
• Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into business narratives.
