  • Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, employer branding and candidate attraction.
  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and future hiring needs.

What we require

  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
  • Experience recruiting high-volume operational and frontline roles alongside professional positions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, ideally SuccessFactors or similar

What we prefer

  • Previous in-house Talent Acquisition experience
  • Experience recruiting within manufacturing, service or industrial environments
  • Experience with proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other attraction channels
